Samsung S8530 Wave 2 II este dotat cu sistemul de operare Bada 1.2 . Procesorul acestui model este unul foarte puternic de 1 Ghz . Display-ul touch screen cu care este echipat acest model este Super Clear lcd capacitiv afisand 16 milioane de culori . Recunoaste scrisul de mana , este rezistent la zgarieturi beneficiind si de tehnologia multi touch . Ca orice telefon de ultima generatie are instalat si un senzor de autorotatie ( accelerometer sensor for UI autorotate ) .
Camera foto este de 5 mp cu autofocus si led flash detectand zambetul ( smile detection , face detection etc ) . Camera video inregistreaza cu flash , ceea ce inseamna ca poate filma si in locuri unde lumina este slaba sau inexistenta .
